Lifeline Tasmania delivers a wide range of training courses to corporate businesses and community groups across the entire state of Tasmania. Our dedicated training programs are facilitated by accredited trainers who work with participants to promote an inclusive culture or workplace that destigmatises mental health issues and encourages help-seeking.

    Together, our team of dedicated staff and 400 volunteers share a common vision: A Tasmania free of suicide, where everyone meets challenges with strength and optimism.

    This course is a 14 hour course for adults assisting an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Person.

    Every dollar we raise supports our crisis support and suicide prevention services and importantly, the 13 11 14 Crisis Support Line. Every $39 we raise allows us to answer another call and potentially, save another live. With 78 Tasmanian's suiciding each year, our work is more important than ever.
