Training for the workplace

At Lifeline Tasmania, we provide a range of training options for workplaces in mental health and wellbeing, along with suicide prevention training.  

Workplace Mental Health & Wellbeing

OzHelp Tasmania, a program of Lifeline Tasmania, offers a suite of training programs designed to upskill workplaces to better manage mental health and wellbeing. Programs are designed for all levels within an organisation from staff members to CEOs and can be tailored to suit organisational requirements. Workshops are available in a range of topics such as: Stress, Resilience, Mindfulness, Change, Goal Setting & Pathway Planning, Alcohol & Other Drug Awareness.
