Our Team

The Lifeline Tasmania Team are committed and passionate to our vision: A resilient Tasmania free of suicide. 

As a Team, we operate statewide in the delivery of our suicide prevention, intervention and post-vention programs and projects.

Chief Executive Officer - Debbie Evans

Prior to taking on her role with Lifeline Tasmania, Debbie was the State Manager of Aspire, A Pathway to Mental Health Inc. She has also been the Deputy CEO of Relationships Australia Tasmania and is the former Chair of Mental Health Council of Tasmania Board, plus former Chair of the Tasmanian Council of Social Service and a Fellow of the Institute of Company Directors.

Debbie has more than 25 years of experience in working in the not-for profit sector and a strong commitment to achieving positive outcomes for individuals, families and the community.
