Emerging Leader Skillset

This is a practical workshop designed to give learners the tools they need to implement effective and supportive mentoring and leadership skills. 

Overview

The Emerging Leader Skillset focuses on strategies for promoting positive mental health, building supportive work environments, and understanding key leadership and mentoring qualities. Scenarios and role play's give them an opportunity to practice in the learning space with access to feedback. They will leave with the confidence to make safe and positive changes within their own workplace.

Who should attend?

For employees transitioning into leadership roles or starting foundational management training.

No Refund for public courses

Public courses are only allowed to reschedule. Please contact us and state clearly the date of your current booking and your preferred alternate date and location.

In-house trainings

In-house trainings require at least 3 weeks' notice for a full refund, otherwise no refund is applicable.  

Postponement of training is at no cost if there is 3 weeks' notice.

Recovery of travel costs

$0.99c/km 

Travel costs apply for travel 25km outside of Hobart and Launceston 

Accommodation costs incurred are recoverable if an overnight stay is required.  Total accommodation costs are capped at $300 per night. 

Development and Customisation

Development of training - 100% of full day training rate, $3300 (incl GST)

Customisation of training - 100% of half day training rate, $1870 (incl GST)
