Liz Brown

CEO

Liz Brown brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success in the not-for-profit sector. During her leadership of Access Community Housing Company in Cairns, Liz demonstrated strategic vision, strong leadership, and a commitment to fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Previously, Liz held roles as General Manager of BlueCare North Queensland with Uniting Care Queensland, General Manager of Anglicare Tasmania’s Disability Services and Director of Clinical Services at Calvary Health Care Tasmania.

Liz, in collaboration with our Board, provides strategic leadership and works collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure Lifeline Tasmania is effectively supporting individuals and communities in reducing the risk of suicide, and on track to achieve its vision of a resilient Tasmania free of suicide.

Liz’s passion in health and wellbeing, and aged care aligns seamlessly with the values and long-term goals of Lifeline Tasmania, and as a Tasmanian local, she has a firm understanding of the complexities that come with the Tasmanian landscape.
