Suicide Bereavement Groups (SBG)

Losing someone through suicide is hard - and we are here to help.

Lifeline Tasmania, in partnership with Albie House, host monthly (excluding January) support groups for adults who are bereaved by suicide. The suicide bereavement groups provide you with the opportunity to connect with others in a safe space and learn from each others experiences. Led by qualified lived experience facilitators and supported by clinical support staff, these small groups (maximum 10 people) will give you the skills to help you cope with each new day.

If you would like to attend or find out more about the group in Hobart or in the North West of Tasmania please contact us via: 0491 445 552 or support@lifelinetasmania.org.au
