I need help to support someone who is struggling

Lifeline Tasmania has support for every stage of life.

If you or someone you care about is struggling with loneliness or their mental wellbeing...

Then the Chats program may be for them. Likewise, if you have an older relative or friend who lives in aged care, the Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme may be a good option.

If you or someone you know needs someone to talk to, A Tasmanian Lifeline is available from 8am-8pm every day of the year. If someone is suicidal, phone 13 11 14.

Chats

The Chats program offers a variety of social activities each month that enable participants to meet new people, get out of the house, share experiences and develop friendships.

A Tasmanian Lifeline

A Tasmanian Lifeline provides free telephone support for anyone going through a tough time. Call us from 8 am–8 pm every day of the year, or book a time for us to call you back.
