Join us for an evening of inspiring insights as Lifeline Tasmania host Peter Baldwin and guest speaker Shannan Maciejewski unpack what it means to be resilient. Shannan is a small Business Owner, Community Engagement Coordinator and Dad of 4. Some of the topics he will speak about are how to stay well when pressure builds, and how to recognise the signs of stress and burnout.

This relaxed and engaging session will challenge common myths around resilience and offer a more realistic, human perspective on coping with life’s challenges.
 
Tickets are $30 (including pizza) for a night of engaging presentations from our Lifeline Tasmania host Peter Baldwin and industry guest speaker:
