Join us for an evening of inspiring insights as Lifeline Tasmania host Peter Baldwin and industry guest speakers Carl Windsor and Nola James unpack what it means to be resilient in the service industry. Carl will share a personal story of resilience, drawing on his 20 years working in some of Hobart’s most loved food and drink venues. Meanwhile, journalist and waitress Nola James will explore practical ways to protect your energy - and keep the spark alive - on and off the restaurant floor. this relaxed and engaging session will challenge common myths around resilience and offer a more realistic, human perspective on coping with life’s challenges.

Tickets are $30 (including pizza) for a night of engaging presentations from our Lifeline Tasmania host Peter Baldwin and industry guest speakers: 

 

  • Carl Windsor – Telling a personal story of resilience from his career spanning twenty years’ service in some of Hobarts’ most loved food and drink venues.

  • Nola James – Writer, waitress and eternal student – Sharing practical tips on being resilient and keeping your spark in the hospitality sector.
