Launceston - Out of the Shadows

Out of the Shadows is our annual event remember those we’ve lost to suicide, acknowledge those who have been impacted, and shine a light on the importance of connection, compassion and hope.

You can walk in memory of someone you’ve lost, as a tribute to someone you love, or simply to show your support for people experiencing emotional distress.

It’s a small walk, but together we can make a big statement. Join us as we step Out of the Shadows.

Gather at City Park in Launceston at 5:45am for a 6am start.
