This training is relevant to managers who want to lead from a trauma-informed lens. Understanding what trauma is and how it affects us is the first step towards becoming a trauma-informed leader. Without this understanding, we are operating without a full understanding and vision of the people we lead. This workshop will introduce managers to trauma informed practice and how it relates to their role as managers.

In-house trainings require at least 3 weeks' notice for a full refund, otherwise no refund is applicable.

Accommodation costs incurred are recoverable if an overnight stay is required. Total accommodation costs are capped at $300 per night.
