Vicarious Trauma can have a profound impact on individuals and organisations, and this session offers evidence based strategies to mitigates its effects.
By increasing trauma literacy and embedding protective coping practices, this workshops helps build resiliant, high function workplaces where staff feel safe, supported, and effective.

In-house trainings
In-house trainings require at least 3 weeks' notice for a full refund, otherwise no refund is applicable.
Postponement of training is at no cost if there is 3 weeks' notice.
Recovery of travel costs
$0.99c/km
Travel costs apply for travel 25km outside of Hobart and Launceston
Accommodation costs incurred are recoverable if an overnight stay is required. Total accommodation costs are capped at $300 per night.
Development and Customisation
Development of training - 100% of full day training rate, $3300 (incl GST)
